Your sexual energy is creative. You can waste this fuel source, or you can boost your energy and unlock your higher potential.

If you make the conscious choice to bring down the number of ejaculations you have, or to master new masturbation techniques, you will begin to experience some powerful shifts in your life. You feel more presence and energy. Because of the positive behavioral changes and renewed sensitivity to life, you will have better relationships, both with yourself and with others, and get more satisfaction from them. One of the main genetic drives in males is to mate and spread their seed. It has also been claimed by some evolutionary scientists that this same drive feeds our productivity and success, because it comes back to mating opportunities. That's the same energy.

Whether or not this is true or not, when you ejaculate too often, you trick your body into thinking its basic job has been done. The drive to mate and create is numbed and dulled.

Imagine the difference in energy between a hungry hunter with a spear in hand and a chimpanzee with a belly full of bananas lying in a hammock. One is forced to go after it, the other is not.

The difference is the same in a man who is disciplined with his ejaculations and sexual energy, and one who is not. In general, for prostate health, there is a general recommendation to clean your pipes and ejaculate once a week, but this also depends on your age.

There is a saying from Taoism that goes:

“A twenty-year-old man can ejaculate once every four days.
A thirty-year-old man can ejaculate once every eight days.
A forty-year-old man can ejaculate once every ten days.
A man of fifty can ejaculate once every twenty days
A man of sixty should no longer ejaculate.”

And while there's no hard and fast rule on how often someone should ejaculate, it's a good general guideline to follow (to reduce ejaculation frequency with age).

Some recommendations if you currently find yourself ejaculating too often
Create and invest in healthy outlets. As you begin to rebuild sexual and creative energy, the urge to ejaculate will also increase. When those moments arrive, use that energy and express it in another way - running, push-ups, swimming, fitness or some other form of exercise. You can also practice a form of creativity, such as picking up a musical instrument, painting, or finding something else productive or meaningful. For example, volunteer work, a good conversation with friends or other forms of connecting with people around you.

When you use the abundance of energy in a beneficial way and apply it to different areas of your life, instead of wasting it on ejaculation, you will see your life and attitude to life change

Remember that you may encounter some resistance along the way. It is much harder to curb an ejaculation habit than people think. You may be confronted with the power of habit.
