Mindfulness for the breath. Allowing yourself to be connected to the breath. With every breath you take life. With every exhalation you can let go, giving space from moment to moment that which starts to move spontaneously.
Time and again you may surrender to the flow of breath and awareness. Open and receptive aimlessly in a flowing dance in which body and mind may become one.
