Alternating with long, soft, deep touches, gentle de-armouring, acupressure to open the parts of the body where it is needed. Visualization and breathing are also used to invite the body to deep relaxation and healing.
By alternating energetic movements and sound I awaken your sensuality and Kundalini/life energy in a playful way. This opens your body to different feelings and sensations where you will experience waves of energy and experience your entire body as a whole.
